We had a good time. Lots of food to eat, a fun experience. It was a bit chilly inside, maybe I needed a sweater! Food was so good that the only pic I snapped was after we devoured a majority of it!
We love eating here, we visit Hawaii every year and look forward to it. We also visited the one in Vanc BC. The only thing I don't like is the rewards expire before we get to visit Hawaii again.
Lots of meat selections! We had a reservation for 5 at 6pm. We were able to sit down immediately once we arrived. Our server was very polite, made sure we were always taken care of. The food was fantastic. Everything looked great on the menu so we had trouble choosing. Do get the beef tongue and the kalbi though as those were my favorites.
I had a blast here and really enjoyed all the food. It was my first time and the staff was very helpful in explaining and recommending delicious food to try. They do have you make reservations and check your temperature for safety, all the precautions go by real fast and you'll have a good time eating and drinking if you'd like.
Really nice place to eat. Kids love cooking their own meal. The food was good except for the chicken (was so bland). They are very generous and staff is so friendly and kind.
This place is a must if you’re visiting Kapolei! The staff is absolutely amazing! We are huge fans of Kai & Cierra. The lunch special is all you can eat for 27 & dinner is all you can eat for 47/per person. Kids under 6 eat free & the atmosphere is to die for! Truly our favorite eatery & you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!
First time at this location. The waitress was amazing; very attentive. The food was great, especially the garlic shrimp. Never had shrimp as big as theirs at other Gyu-Kaku locations but it might be a Hawaii thing since I’m from NYC. Highly recommended for the service and food. Mahalo!
Michael was our host and he was top notch! He made great recommendations. Gave fantastic service and made us feel welcome and at home. Bring an appetite when you come because the food is delicious with lots of options, veggies, protein and value!!
